- Orders are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

- We currently offer international shipping. international shipping rates and delivery times will be provided at checkout.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. Please review the conditions below:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 3 days after successful delivery.
- A video must be taken of the parcel opening. We need it in return confirmation.

- If you received different Colors and different products.
- If you received a broken product.

You can request a return from the website, if available. - Once you receive authorization, package the item securely, including all original accessories and proof of purchase.

2.3 Refund or Exchange

- SS GlobalKart covers return shipping costs in the case of defective items or shipping errors. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
